We are delighted to announce Petrus Cornelis (Nelis) Swart has been appointed as the Chief Impact Officer at SAPRO.
An accomplished leader, corporate entrepreneur and creative business transformer, Mr Swart as Chief Impact Officer at SAPRO, will work closely with the firm’s Chief Growth Officer, to ensure the successful achievement of our strategic growth goals.
Mr. Swart has more than 20 years of executive management experience, largely in a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed human capital services company. “With a strong understanding of telecommunications, financial services, logistics, manufacturing and IT industries, coupled with his incredible experience in consulting, advisory and mentoring, Nelis will add significant value to our team,” says Werner Barnard, Chief Growth Officer.
In his role, Nelis will focus on leveraging and evolving SAPRO’s core capabilities to scale the firm. He will focus on implementing key strategic initiatives and creating new venture opportunities within other markets.
