SAPRO, a full-service Accounting, Assurance, Tax, and Advisory firm, announced that Jean Penhaligon, CA(SA), has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the firm, effective October 3rd, 2022.
As Chief Financial Officer Ms. Penhaligon will work closely with SAPRO’s senior leadership team and assist Co-CEO’s Dario Grassini and Greg Maslov in advancing SAPRO’s portfolio of assets. Jean will be primarily responsible for running a strategic finance operation that is efficient and effective. Jean will help shape the overall strategy and direction, continuing to preserve the financial approach and mindset throughout the organization and help the business continue to perform better.
Penhaligon has over 15 years' experience in managing a finance and accounting division, financial planning and analyzing a company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, ensuring the company's financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
