Purpose of the role:
Responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of our marketing strategy in India, diving the acquisition of potential candidates and prospected clients.

  • Collaborating with the CMO, marketing team, internal teams, clients, and partners to drive strategic marketing initiatives in support of the office in India.
  • Undertake competitor research
  • Conduct target market analysis and profiling
  • Monitor and present market trends
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics for the region
  • Building SAPRO’s brand asset value, requires: - Adherence to the brand guide, maintaining a consistent image and voice in market.
  • Build brand metrics to ensure we are improving prompted and unprompted awareness, knowledge, consideration, preference and action / usage.
  • Build and maintain the desired brand associations - Grow overall reach, engagement and following of SAPRO’s social platforms.

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications business administration or related field
  • Desirable: Post-graduate qualification in marketing or related field



  • 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital, traditional and events) in a corporate, with an SME or agency environment
  • 3+ years in event production and project management
  • Desirable: Experience in social media management and advertising, including LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
  • Proven track record of managing, and executing successful virtual and in-person events
  • Experience developing events from concept to execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) and CRM and CMS software.



  • A passion for process, procedure, document organization and communication
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interaction, strong working relationships and the ability to work with varied levels of management, peers, internal/external partners, and employees
  • Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics
  • Proven track record of strong planning, organizational, and project management competencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from multiple clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills needed for drafting briefs, internal presentations, and emails
