About the job

To proactively implement global growth strategies as the manager of the Business Partnerships team. To create and nurture long-term relationships with SAPRO clients globally through the effective communication and implementation of the SAPRO mission and vision.


Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Any advanced financial related qualification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • CA, CPA or similar

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years' relevant work experience in Audit/Accounting or similar field preferred

 

Key Performance Areas:

Team management

  • Manage and support the Business Partnerships team (currently 3 persons and growing)
  • Guide growth strategies for Business Partnerships associates and support through implementation phase
  • Lead the team in alignment with SAPROs greater mission, upliftment of global communities

 

Business Relationship Strategy

  • Support the Head of Business Partnerships in defining and executing growth strategies
  • Ensure organic growth with new and existing Clients in the Audit field
  • Strategically implement and grow the business with new service offerings
  • Strategize and assist CRM team in ensuring growth opportunities are pursued at current clients
  • Own congruence between the needs of the Business Partnerships team and Operations (e.g. Talent, Logistics, HR & Legal, Operations, etc)
  • Manage outreach initiatives to expand SAPRO client base and services

 

Client Interface

  • Lead new Client meetings on larger accounts and support Business Partnership associates on mid-sized accounts
  • Present to Clients to demonstrate the value of SAPRO to their organization and effectively communicate SAPROs mission and vision
  • Ensure a smooth transition to CRM for the onboarding process for new clients (i.e. Training, Technology, Success, HR, etc)
  • Regular check ins with our Clients to ensure they are satisfied with our service, and if they require further support
  • Nurture the relationship with key Client representatives (Sponsor; Champion; Partners and Planners)
  • Ensure organization and participate in proactively aligning/planning with clients strategic goals and workforce needs
  • Identify and implement cross selling opportunities for Advisory, Tax and Accounting services

 

Service line offering

  • Develop new service line offerings in Audit/Tax/Advisory etc.

 

Technical Skills:

  • In depth understanding of accounting industry including overarching technical, regulatory developments (to ensure effective client communication and being able to identify opportunities)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior knowledge of HubSpot/CRM program (advantageous)
