About the position

To create career enhancing experiences for consultants by fostering an engaging and inspiring culture that represents SAPRO’s values and mission, to create positive client experiences by building and maintaining progressive business partnership with host firms, focused on exceeding the client’s expectations and to coach and develop accounting, audit, and tax consultants to reach their highest level of potential and performance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant – India with prior external audit experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • External audit and client engagement experience with US/ UK firms

Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in external audit with US/ UK clients

Desired Experience:

  • Individual coaching/mentoring experience
  • Prior international secondment experience preferred

 

Key Performance Areas:


Strategy Management & Support


  • Create a vision for, and plan of, an exceptional client and consultant experience
  • Act as a representative of SAPRO by maintaining positive and professional working relationships with both consultants and host companies

Success Management

  • Create a vision and plan for executing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Provide individualized feedback to consultants to ensure their operational and leadership success
  • Host virtual peer and individualized coaching sessions for your assigned consultant group
  • Create an open and transparent environment where consultants feel comfortable to share and accept feedback
  • Create action plans to address opportunities for performance to improve and ensure consultants make required improvements
  • Act as a representative of SAPRO by maintaining positive and professional working relationships with both consultants and host companies
  • Take part in internal team meetings and provide feedback on how things are going in the field
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks related to success management i.e. champion a section within a success, follow up on consultant requests, resolve consultants queries and escalate where applicable
  • Participate in Success internal meetings

Operational Effectiveness

  • Takes initiative to improve internal SAPRO processes
  • Juggles multiple tasks at one time and prioritizes appropriately
  • Manages schedule effectively in order to meet the needs of consultants and clients
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail
  • Readily learns, adopts, and utilizes technology
  • Completes work in a timely manner, with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Consistently uses multiple organizational resources to develop others
  • Manage all success related data and reports to ensure that appropriate business metrics are met and communicated so that proper business decisions can be made.


Talent Management

 

  • Delegate Success Associate duties
  • Coach and develop consultants to reach their highest level of potential and performance
  • Review consultants performance metrics and behaviors, identifying strengths and opportunities, and offering resources to increase effective performance over the course of the assignment
  • Manage consultants performance improvement process - either informally or formally following guidelines and advice provided by the human resources
  • Drives team engagement by creating a positive working environment, give others appropriate latitude to get work done, invites input from others, make the team feel their contributions are visible and valuable and create a strong culture of openness and transparency

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior knowledge of Otter and Hubspot/CRM program (advantageous)
